Danilo Fernandes

Danilo has +10 years of professional experience with education and social policies. He has worked and consulted for international organizations (Inter-American Development Bank, Unesco, World Bank, ILO) and education foundations (CIEB, Lemann Foundation, Omidyar Network) in Brazil, Mexico, and the United States, always supporting governments in the design, implementation and evaluation of education & labor markets program and policies. His research interests include policy implementation in Brazilian K-12 education, teachers’ professional development, standards-based reforms, technology in education, and the role of philanthropies and international organizations in designing and implementing education policies.
