Fabio is a Brazilian communicator, educator and learning scientist. His work lies on the intersection of critical pedagogies, civic learning, design, and human-computer interaction. Fabio holds a PhD in Education Technology from New York University, a Master’s in Learning, Design, and Technology from Stanford, and a B.A. in Communications from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
