Livia is the Manager of Innovation in Policy and Learning at the Transformative Learning Technologies Lab (TLTL) at Teachers College, Columbia University. She holds a master’s degree in Learning, Design and Technology from Stanford University and a degree in Design from the State University of Minas Gerais. Her work focuses on the development and management of education, innovation, and technology projects in Brazil and internationally. Her experience spans public-sector consulting, teacher professional development, and the implementation of initiatives in STEAM education, computing, artificial intelligence, and robotics, connecting research, public policy, and educational practice
